Self Catering and prices

Alternatively we can offer self-catering for weekly or short stays using Chambre Jasmin for two people in a double bed. For parties of 4 or 5, then Chambre Lotus can also be used. 

Stone steps lead to a separate entrance to the 'open-plan' living and dining area with exposed stone walls, tiled floor and typically French oak beamed ceiling making it a super room to relax.  The stone walls ensure a lovely cool space in the summer and a wood burner ensures it is snug and warm during the colder periods.

The kitchen area contains a cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, iron and all crockery and utensils.  The dining area is to the rear of the room with table and chairs.  The seating area has a two seater sofa and two single chairs, DVD player and book case with range of titles.

The bedroom maintains the original oak beams ensuring a rustic charm and has a double bed, chair and chest of drawers.  The en-suite has a good sized shower cubicle, handbasin and toilet.

Bed linen and towels are provided. A washing machine and dryer are available on request along with a drying room with dehumidifier.

We are open all year round - please note that Maison Laudiere is a non-smoking home and we regret that we do not accept pets.

Self-Catering – prices for 2022 in Euros per week (for minimum 7 nights):-

Low season – January to April and October to December  (please note there is an additional charge of €50/week for heating/wood)

Mid season – May, June and September

High season – July and August

Self-Catering – prices for 2022 in Euros for short stays (any three nights):-

October to June only (please note there is an additional charge of €20 per stay for heating/wood between October and April)

Please note a ‘put-up’ single bed is provided for the 5th person. 

We also offer preferential rates for longer stays for those house-hunting in the area – please contact us for details. 

A 20% deposit is payable at the time of booking, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival, the full amount is payable at the time of booking. A ‘security’ deposit (returnable if no damages occur) of 50€ is payable with your final payment or in cash on arrival.

Payments for the deposit and balance may be made through Paypal or BACS.
